Located in the central area, just west of the town square. This lot was one of the 4 original settler spots (Redward). Sunny Road leads from here and southward to the heights east of Maccaroni Beach.Update: Week 7 Day 7 (18NOV2011)
This lot became a community lot when the Redwards moved out. The lot contains the Consignment store, which is run by Roger Redward, and has one employee. The large backroom offers dart game and a couple tables, and might become a bar when Rita Redward's nectar can be sold. To the left there is a little stage, including a small storage shed intended for storing stage stuff.

Update: Week 6 Day 1 (24OCT2011)
The house was based on the shelter brought here from the tiny island where they stranded. It was expanded several times. There was a nice terracce, and the vegetables they grew were gradually replaced with grapes. This is where Rita started to learn nectar making.
