Welcome to SimBasic - a community legacy!

What happened next? Find out in the Greench Farm legacy!

4 couples stranded and founded a new community on Maccaroni Island. Currently the 3rd generation is about to start new families! This is a Sims3 community legacy that has been updated frequently for a full year, and contains about 100 chapters! Late July 2012 it came to an end and a new spin-off legacy focusing on just one of these households will bring the story forward, starting August 15, 2012.

The very first post is here, or use the Blog Archive to look back. Posts describing the project are tagged *. Please see the interactive map for household bios and family trees. Comments are welcome both here on the blog and on the SimBasic thread at the thesims3 forum. Even if there won't be more updates, I will still read your commnts.

Find all my stories and Sims projects gathered at my blog, Simmerville's Sims :)

I hope you will enjoy the read! :-)

Week 4 Day 3: A romance

Gabriel Greench was a little disappointed with most of the other families' efforts. The Greench farmers worked hard to increase the production and quality, and Greta made fabrics. The Blumingtons were fishing and painting, but it wasn't really benefiting a growing village. The Redwards ran the consignment store, but Gabriel had not bought anything there in a long time, and now that they planned to sell groceries directly from the farm, the store was no longer needed for consignment. Not much to find on the beach either, so the store hardly offered anything new. The Yea-Lows initiated the school, which was fine, but what was Yespar actually working on? The cell phone connector was not yet successful, why not creating some electricity instead? It would be almost as useful as being rescued.

When Gabriel returned to the farm, he found Yvonne passed out and laying on the ground!

Yvonne recovered, and walked over to the park to have a much needed shower...

They walked into the forest, south of the Greench farm. Except from some birds, the forest seemed all silent.

Yes, what on earth was that?

Meanwhile,   the day was about to close in. Bridgette's younger sister was called back home.
Bianca worried just a little for Bridgette, she had been gone all night and they had no idea where she was. There was no person on the island that they didn't trust, but there were so many unexplored locations, and teens do push borders and explore new terrain without asking for permission.

If there were graves, there must have been residents? Or maybe not? To be continued in 2 days!
