Owner Carie G. Peel has grown up, and is now head of this household. Twin sister Beatrice moved out. Albert Blumington moved in. Elderly parents still reside here to help out with the garden.

This house was built by Gabriel and Greta Greench, when they left the main farm to give room for more children to be born. On ground floor there is a large room and a bathroom, upstairs are 2 bedrooms. They grow just a little, mostly carrots and grapes. The lot is owned by Carie Greench (teenager).
