Located on west side, Redwood Heights. Most palm trees do only grow on this side of the Maccaroni Island (south/west). This is the western region's lagest lot.Update: Week 13 Day 4 (03JUL2012)
A small annexe was built on the lot, intentionally for housing the seniors of the house.

The house got a proper roof, and a small stable with two horse boxes was built behind the house. This lot is huge, so this may be temporary builds.
